Submission Guidelines

Authors are encouraged to submit extended abstracts that should not exceed five (5) pages in length, using a 12-point font and double-spaced formatting. This page count includes text, references, figures, and tables. The first page should feature an abstract of no more than 300 words, along with the title and authors’ names; this does not count toward the 5-page limit. All submissions should be in PDF format.

The 2025 Biz AI Conference does not claim copyright for any accepted submissions and will not produce formal proceedings. Unless the author specifically requests otherwise, accepted extended abstracts will be made publicly available in the conference program.
